ALZHEIMER’S FAMILY SUPPORT CENTER TO LAUNCH DEMENTIA-FRIENDLY VIRTUAL Presentation/WALK FOR ALZHEIMER’S

On Saturday, Oct. 16th, and Sunday, Oct. 17th, 2021, the Alzheimer’s Family Support Center (AFSC) will offer a variety of virtual programs through Zoom in place of its usual live Walk for Alzheimer’s in Provincetown. On Saturday they will show online a new documentary of “On Pluto” author Greg O’Brien, followed by a panel including O’Brien, the film’s director Steve Ecclesine and author Lisa Genova (Still Alice; Remember”. Several beloved local musicians will perform afterward online. On Sunday, people can help raise funds to support the grassroots non-profit’s free consultation, training, and educational services by walking or just making a donation.
